2005 Stevne
July 13-16 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater

The 2005 stevne was hosted by Toten Lag and was held on the campus of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, located near the heart of some of the first and largest Norwegian settlements in America. The opening activity was a tour of the Koshkonong settlement area that included a buffet supper at West Koshkonong Church. All day Thursday and Friday morning the genealogy room was open for research. In addition, a number of interesting classes were offered and many unique items were being sold in the vendor's area. Friday afternoon's opening program included a performance by humorous folk singers, The Corner of G & S. After the Friday evening banquet, the Grieg Men's Choir of Madison performed. Saturday the Hadeland Lag held its annual meeting in the morning followed by a joint picnic lunch in Cravath Park with Landingslaget.
